New day, same quarantine uniform. I have been LOVING Target’s JoyLab activewear. Every piece is super high-quality, extremely comfortable, fits perfectly, and comes in all sorts of cute styles. Can you tell I like it? I purchased a pair of printed leggings a year back which were cute but, I didn’t LOVE them. I gave JoyLab another chance this spring when I was in Arizona and forgot to bring yoga pants. I purchased the high-waisted brushed leggings in the cheetah print (out of stock). The jersey material is like butter, the most comfortable yoga pants I have ever owned. There are pockets on either side – another bonus. I now own them in the heather gray, charcoal, and purple. I purchased an XS, which is what I wear in Zella leggings. I have made these all matching sets with the high-neck Long Line Bra. This is by far my favorite activewear top I own. It is the same jersey material as the yoga pants. It is more of a crop top than a bra, however, it gives you the sport of a regular sports bra. The back has a really cute triangle cutout. I purchased a small and it gives me enough support, not sure how much support this will provide for someone who is bustier though.
Full disclosure I am not a LuLu fan. The one pair I owned faded and pilled, which was not worth the money to me. My favorite activewear brand is Nordstrom’s Zella. JoyLab is definitely coming in a close second, and may have it beat depending on the wash and wear. I have a feeling Zella might be a little more durable, however, for the price JoyLab’s style and comfort can’t be beat.
I also have a few pairs of JoyLab’s spandex printed leggings. These I would say are more for style than they are for comfort and efficiency. The tie-dye print is super cute, however, the fit isn’t great. The XS are way too tight on me, so I went with a small. The small size gap in the back a little bit but then cling to me when I start sweating. The polyester and spandex material does not compare to the jersey material.
